10:10

So last Wednesday the nurse called out Emmitt's birth time. "22:10" she said. I immediately thought, "COOL!" Because few people know the significance of the time 22:10. It is actually 10:10pm. Not only is it cool because its a double number, it is the standard time shown on clocks in commercials on TV around the world and obviously on cell phone displays as well. On TV commercials, they use the 10:10 time because it looks symetrical and the hands are both pointing upwards which is subliminally positive. This is a pic of the new cell phone we coincidentally bought this week since Beth's cell plan was up. I bought the new phone and low and behold, it shows 10:10. There was another time shown on the cell package of 12:34. This one is new with the digital age, the 10:10 stems from the wall clocks. 10:10 is also known as 10 & 2 in the driving world. Anyone born at this time is believed to have a solid foundation of safety, well-being, and security.
Dont worry, his hand is not detached as shown in the pic. This pic must have glitched out when uploading. Frankly, I dont feel like fixing it.
The nurses put a stuffed animal in his house with him. On the 10 point cute scale, this is an 11.

Oh, that pic of Emmitt with the bear, I'd give that at least a 12, if not a 35. Adorable!
