Dells Bells

The dells
were a blast. We were able to take part in many of the attractions that make it the waterpark capital of the world. We hit the many quality restaurants they advertise including Marley's (DK got food poisoning), Pizza Pub, and Mr. Pancake.

We hit such attractions as a 4D movie (see glasses pic) which included getting water sprayed in your face, air puffs blasting you, and a metal poker that jabbed you in the back that hurt really bad. We also saw Ripley's believe it or not museum and went thru a wizard's quest adventure. We hit up a mini-golf at Pirate's Cove (Beth hole in 1). We saw some cool rides at mount olympus park including the life size trojan horse. We rode the ducks which of course drive on land and are a boat on the water. This was quite the experience seeing rock formations shaped like a piano and hawk, wildlife, woods like BRP DG course, and the happy to be here tour guide. This is a pic of him at the dam. For this part, he had such jokes as "If anyone has any dam questions, I'd be happy to answer them" and "I'm a dam expert."

We missed pictures of the waterpark we went to and the magic show on Saturday. Both were spectacular. With 3 different indoor waterparks we went to and multiple slides in each, I was a happy boy. Even Beth liked some of the slides and was totally brave enough to get on the "Hurricane" slide when I asked 2 girls (about age 9 and 12) to ride with us so Beth would feel obliged to not chicken out cuz these other little girls could do it. She kinda helped the younger one out because that girl was scared but when she heard Beth was scared, she thought that was silly and decided to go. It was a fun trip. Way to be brave Bethers. The magic show was cool, some stuff I thought was obvious how he did his tricks, others blew my mind. His blonde assistant disappeared 4 times in 4 different ways. I dont get how they did it. For one trick in particular, we thought it was obvious that they pulled the secret from the movie "The Prestige" having a twin in the act. Fun trip overall. will bring kids there when we they are in elementary school.
